Hazardous Chemical Management
SK Chemicals strengthens chemical substance management under the Risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors. To ensure effective risk management, a dedicated department for chemical substance management operates. The company implements internal controls for product responsibility and human impact, striving to exceed regulatory requirements and maintain comprehensive chemical safety goals. Furthermore, the Chemical Management System (CMS) is introduced to prevent accidents caused by human errors in the chemical production process and establish procedures to review the potential harmful effects on humans during product design and development.
