SK Chemicals is making its best efforts to prevent human rights violations directly related to business operations or business relationships in the course of its business operations.

Human Rights Management Principles

SK Chemicals supports the United Nations Global Compact's principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption. In 2022, it declared a commitment to human rights management, established guidelines for implementation, and incorporated various internal regulations and norms, such as employment rules, to ensure that human rights violations do not occur directly or indirectly within the workplace or through business relationships. These are strictly enforced in its management activities.

Human Rights Management Governance

SK Chemicals aims to prevent human rights violations of stakeholders through the Human Rights Management Committee and, in accordance with the UNGP reporting framework, disclose issues related to human rights to fulfill its responsibility to respect human rights.
