Reporter Protection System
- 01 Reporters will not face any disadvantages or discrimination due to making a reasonable report.
- 02If a reporter receives a disadvantageous disposition due to the report, they can request protection from the responsible department at that time, and the department will take all measures to minimize the disadvantage.
- 03The identity and content of the reporter will be strictly kept confidential against the reporter's will.
- 04Those who cooperate in the investigation process by providing statements or documents during the verification of the report will also be equally protected.
- 05If a person voluntarily reports unethical or illegal acts and shows remorse, disciplinary action for the act may be mitigated.
